Trash Removal

Trash removal (also known as junk removal) typically involves the collection and disposal of unwanted items from residential, commercial, or construction sites. We enjoy every job from trees to sheds.

Examples of Residential Trash Removal:

  • Removing all contents from a home after a loved one has passed away or when preparing a property for sale (e.g., old furniture, appliances, personal belongings, boxes, accumulated clutter).

  • Hauling away old tools, sporting equipment, seasonal decorations, broken items, and general junk that has accumulated over time.

  • Disposing of large, heavy items like refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and old air conditioners.

  • Taking away old sofas, mattresses, bed frames, dressers, tables, chairs, and other bulky household items.

  • Collecting tree branches, brush, leaves, grass clippings, and other debris after landscaping projects or storm damage.

  • Proper removal and recycling of old computers, and other electronic devices.

  • Large, non-regular trash items that won't fit in standard bins, such as old toilets, hot tubs, or large toys.

Demolition

Demolition involves the dismantling, razing, or wrecking of structures or parts of structures. This can range from small interior jobs to whole houses. We enjoy every job from interior walls to decks.

Examples of Residential Demolition:

  • Removing non-load-bearing walls, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, popcorn ceiling removal, and finishes to prepare a space for renovation (e.g., gutting a bathroom or kitchen).

  • Tearing down an old, dilapidated garage or shed.

  • Dismantling old wooden decks, concrete patios, or retaining walls.

  • Breaking up and hauling away old concrete or asphalt driveways and walkways.

  • Removing sheds, carports, or small outbuildings.

  • Removing old carpeting, laminate, tile, or hardwood flooring throughout the house to prepare for new, updated flooring. This can reveal subfloor issues that also need addressing.

  • This is a very common one. It involves completely removing all existing cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and sometimes even non-load-bearing walls (like a pantry wall) to open up the space. The goal is to get down to the bare studs and subfloor so a brand new, modern kitchen can be installed.

Commerical Demo

Our services span from precise interior strip-outs to the large-scale demolition of entire commercial buildings. We will demo specific parts of buildings to prepare for new construction or renovation.

Examples of Commercial Trash Removal:

  • Removing old office furniture, cubicles, electronics, filing cabinets, and general office clutter during a relocation or renovation.

  • Disposing of old display fixtures, shelving, inventory, and renovation debris.

  • Hauling away lumber scraps, drywall pieces, packaging materials, and general waste left after a construction or renovation project (often done by junk removal companies or through dumpster rentals).

  • Clearing out abandoned tenant belongings or preparing a property for new occupants

  • Tearing down an outdated or condemned hotel to make way for a modern hospitality complex or other commercial ventures. Can involve extensive interior gutting before structural demolition.

  • Removing commercial kitchen equipment, ventilation systems, tiling, and utility connections in a restaurant space to allow for a complete kitchen overhaul or a change in cuisine.

  • Removing a multi-level concrete parking structure, which requires specialized concrete cutting and breaking equipment due to the dense material and structural reinforcement.
